Accessibility Statement

Sage Nord ApS wants sagenord.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. This statement is published voluntarily — the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102) applies mandatorily to public-sector bodies, not to a private company like ours — but we hold ourselves to the same standard.

1. Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.2 level AA across sagenord.com. This is a target, not a certified audit result: as a small team we haven't commissioned a third-party conformance audit, so treat this as our stated intent and current best effort rather than a guarantee.

2. What we've built in

• Every page is a complete, readable document with JavaScript disabled — the decorative three.js particle field and scroll animations are enhancements, not requirements for reading any content.
• prefers-reduced-motion is respected everywhere: word-stagger reveals, the article marquee, and the particle fields all fall back to a static, non-animating state.
• prefers-reduced-transparency is respected: the liquid-glass card material falls back to a flat, opaque background.
• Text and UI colors meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios, and every interactive element has a visible focus indicator.
• A skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
• The particle canvas is marked aria-hidden and never carries information the page doesn't also state in text.

3. Known limitations

We haven't run this site through a screen-reader test matrix covering every combination of browser and assistive technology. If you find a barrier, we want to know — see below.

If any part of sagenord.com is difficult to use with assistive technology, email hello@sagenord.com with the page URL and a description of the problem. We'll do our best to respond promptly and fix genuine barriers.
